Back to Blogging!

I am no stranger to the blogging world. I used to blog all the time during my angsty high school days... what am I saying? I'm still will always be angsty. However, I've been thinking about how much more fun it would be to blog now that I'm in college. Too bad I missed my whole first semester. I can give you a brief recap: I started my freshman year at UNCW, took 15 hours of easy classes (PTL), spent like zero time studying, watched a lot of Netflix, came home to visit my family and boyfriend, took tests, did homework, and did the Wilmington thing. And now here we are - I just finished my first semester of college today (again PTL)! It went by so fast... literally you blink and it's over.

Here's the lovely UNCW campus!

I'm so excited for Christmas break. I can't even tell you. Before I went to college, I felt like my whole life was falling apart. Now, I can't believe how perfectly everything has fallen together. And what a perfect time to be so thankful for that! God works everything out in His own time. That is one major thing I have learned in college - you learn to trust God, or you don't. You can develop and further your relationship with Him or you can walk away. I couldn't walk away now, and I wouldn't want to. I'm so thankful for everything He's doing in my life.

Well, I am going to try to stay up-to-date on this whole blogging thing. I know I'll get behind, but let's face it: my life isn't really that interesting all the time anyway. Until next time, have a great break my fellow freshmen! Tis the season!
